Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of most products in my shop, we do not accept returns for any reason. You must know how to use certain items you person, your size when purchasing clothing, or processes of certain items you purchase. Under no circumstances, will re accept a return or issue a refund. No exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We do not issue refunds here at The Wicked Rose Co. You need to make sure you know your fit/size, how to use specific products, and to follow instructions provided with specific products. We will not refund an order because you don't like how it fits, or don't like the color in person. We will not refund an order when you do not follow instructions. No returns. No refunds. No exceptions.
